POS TRADE SHOW DATA POLICY

All POS data for tradeshow items MUST be submitted, on the Master Vendor Template, to the YDSWM POS Department no later than FRIDAY AUGUST 2nd, 2024.

Your Dollar Store with more would like to thank all the suppliers that are diligent in providing their information in advance and on schedule. Please see the relevant policies below that are a part of your signed POS data agreement. These policies have been in effect since 2013. There will be no exceptions.

Your Dollar Store with More – POS Department – Supplier Data for Tradeshow Items

TRADE SHOW ITEMS

• All Items that are intended for display or sale at any YDS tradeshow must be in our POS database prior to the starting date of the tradeshow. ADDENDUM: For the September 2022 tradeshow all data must be submitted no later than
  FRIDAY AUGUST 2nd, 2024.
• We will be randomly checking items with a mobile inventory device to ensure that items on display are in our database.

TRADE SHOW ITEMS ARRIVING AT STORE THAT ARE NOT IN POS SYSTEM

• Items will not be shipped to stores unless the data is in our POS system. This includes, but is not limited to tradeshow items, replacement items, new items, and clearance items.
  If you are unsure if your data is current before you ship you should ask the store placing the order, or head office, to verify that the data is in our system.
• A fee of $100.00 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments, will automatically apply if we need to import data or build purchase orders after a store physically receives the items. The minimum charge will be $25.00.
